Melissa A. Freakley received her juris doctorate degree magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. As a former military spouse, she moved often, practicing law in New York and Georgia before settling in Woodstock, Virginia to be closer to family. Melissa currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also a member and officer of the Emanuel Lutheran Church Council and a member and officer of the Rotary Club of Woodstock. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her three children and husband.
Meet Jenna
Jenna D. Deane is a lifelong resident of Shenandoah County. She is an alumni of Central High School and a graduate of the paralegal studies program at Laurel Ridge Community College. She has worked locally as a paralegal since 2023 with a focus on estate planning and estate administration. Jenna is currently preparing for the National Association of Legal Assistants Certified Paralegal Certification. In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading books, and visiting art museums.
